"This was like a piece of tranquil paradise in the middle of Galle Fort. It’s excellently located for exploring the fort and the building is beautifully preserved and offers excellent and spacious accommodation. "The rooms are lovely in this little boutique hotel, it is located at the top of Gaul fort and easy to park and find. The staff are very good and helpful. They make good coffee. We didn’t eat here other than a dessert but the quality was good. The restaurant is small though and there are no other facilities but for a comfortable room you can’t go wrong "

Okay, so someone had stolen the TV (joking; there isn’t one in the room, but there is fast, free wifi), but if you want to be in the centre of the Galle Fort action, I reckon few properties can beat this one!"

"This is a lovely historic house presented with style and charm, and high standards. The staff provide the best service and are very attentive. Setting is just gorgeous with visiting shy groups of purple-faced leaf monkeys and peacocks passing through along the high walls and trees from time as you sit in the cool palm filled courtyards. And added, an excellent menu with both traditional and modern mix so well presented and tasty served in a lovely restaurant-bar setting on the deep verandahs. "

"This is a gem of a place - outstanding service, very clean room and bathroom. The room is small but very comfortable. Nice touch that they had turned on the AC well before my arrival, so the room was cool. The breakfast was exceptional with a variety of options, to include tasty local fruits. And the price was unbeatable for what I received in return. I wished I had time to stay another night- alas, this was not within my travel itinerary. "

"ゴールフォート内の中では比較的値段が安いので少し心配していましたが、その心配は無用でした。とても清潔な部屋とバスルームで内装もオシャレ。夜は徒歩で買い物や観光もできとても便利な立地。一番感動したのは、ブティックホテルだからこそ出来るスタッフの皆様の心遣いです。旅の途中で大きな絵を購入してしまい、パッキングをする為にダンボールの手配が出来ないかお願いしたところ快く快諾して頂き更にスタッフの方がパッキングまでしてくれました。朝食も適度な量でとても美味しかったです。ゴールの滞在は１泊だけだったのですがもっと滞在すれば良かったと思えるほど、良いホテルでした。"
