"Overall great stay, rooms nice and comfortable. Would recommend. It's amazing how a nice hotel can let some little things slip. Carpet on 4th floor very worn, room desk in need of some stain, elevator doors needed fresh paint. Just some simple things that were not as pristine as they should be."

Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Ft. Collins E at I-25
"This is one of the worst places I've ever stayed. It smells awful. My hot tub was cracked. The people around the hotel are awful. I had to fight with the desk to get my money back for unused nights. If I could give it negative stars I would. Honestly look up the news on this hotel and it'll keep ..."

"Front staff on check in was not very friendly (Osama) and was more concerned with getting paid for parking than getting my room key quickly. On multiple websites it gives pricing and clearly states....alll fees included...this isnt the case. One of two elevators was broken and had a large group staying ..."
