"2 generously sized bedrooms; new flooring; hot shower!! Could use a few more kitchen items. "

"Very clean, I asked for extra towels , that was not a problem. Got the towels befor we returned to our room that evening. I would definitely stay there again.Thank you!!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay. We wanted a home that had amenities like pool, game room grill without paying 400 night. This worked for us.This home is maybe built in 70s, but good size rooms, nicely furnished and well kept. Big plus, were the comfortable beds! Hardwood and tile flloors. Yard needs some TLC but didnt impact our stay. We would rent again. but it didnt affect our stsy"

"The home itself is nice. It is an older home that appears to be newly renovated. Still had some of the old home smells and uneven floors but it was very clean!! Plenty of space for four adults. We did not cook but the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked. Would have appreciated a table in the master bedroom to support a large suitcase. There is a nice dresser but I didn’t want to scuff it up. Very nice washer and dryer. Love the toiletries and supplies available in the home! My reason for not...

"The property is a little gem. I live in Midland so I rented the property to accommodate the overflow from my house. Their stay was short but everyone were more than happy about the accommodations. My memorial weekend cookout is an annual thing and the little grey house is gonna play a more integral part in the future."
