Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement !L’emplacement est idéal : niché au cœur d’une magnifique pinède, le cadre est à la fois calme, ombragé et très dépaysant. On se sent immédiatement en vacances, entouré par la nature et bercé par le chant des cigales.La plage est accessible à pied, ce qui est un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement du bord de mer.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

der aufenthalt im Haus war sehr schön. Cristina hat sich sehr um us gekümmert und uns alle Fragen beantwortet. Wir waren in einer Gruppe mit 8 Personen vor Ort und hatten etwas Probleme mit dem Kochgeschirr. Es gibt nämlich nur 2 Töpfe. Bitte unbedingt an Mückenspray denken, davon gibt es nämlich sehr viele. Die Umgebung ist toll, der Strand ein Traum

Wir haben uns in dem Haus und dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Schön eingerichtet, gepflegt und ein schöner Terassenbereich - genau wie beschrieben!

Wonderfull location & friendly owner

The house is at a top location at Formentera, near the beach and with spacious outdoor living areas for relaxing and eating for 8 people. Whenever you need the owner, there is quick and adequate response. My only advise would be to mention in the text of the advert that the price is different when you come with more than 6 people. We planned less than 6 at first but then decided to invite extra friends (because the house is for 8 people). When asking for extra bed-linnen one week before arrival it became clear there where significant extra costs. Can easily be solved by mentioning this explicitly in the text. Concluding we had a wonderfull time and would definately book this house again.

VILLA BELLA .......MAH?!!!!!!!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a giugno di quest'anno in 7 amici adulti. siamo arrivati stanchi e accaldati accolti da Angelica una ragazza giovane del posto che ci ha aperto le finestre e porte in silenzio, con un mazzo di chiavi . Arrivati in cucina ci accorgiamo che il frigo è spento lei si meraviglia, le chiediamo se ci fosse una bottiglia d'acqua e lei ci ignora. ci consegna 2 mazzi di chiavi senza spiegazioni e via. -la porta di una delle 3 camere rotta e nn si chiudeva. -Odore di muffa all'interno della casa molto forte. -fornitura asciugamani per camera 1 telo grande e 1 piccolo per persona (pochino direi!!!!!) -televisione ,musica,videogiochi tutto non funzionante. -lavastoviglie con porta rotta. -barbecoue descritto in VRBO sarebbe una piastra elettrica in cucina . -vasca jacuzzi descritta in VRBO inesistente una volta comunicato sig,ra Cristina ha negato ci fosse scritto. -nei primi giorni odore di fognatura nauseante chiesto a sig.ra Cristina la quale si giustificava per l'ennesima volta della bellezza dell'isola e che siamo in pineta, senza mai venirci incontro e molto scocciata,dicendo che aveva appena fatto espurgo, mah??? il giorno successivo arriva ditta espurgo e per magia sparisce l'odore. -giornata di pioggia decidiamo di restare sotto il portico, peccato che lo stesso portico era completamente forato, causa acqua ovunque e bagna divani e arredamento esterno. DEPANDACE una stanza misera e puzzolente. GESTIONE PESSIMA E Sig.ra CRISTINA scortese.

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Can Arpa with a group of friends. The house is beautiful, inside and outside, design/style and quality is above average. We were very happy in this place and for the little issues we had we could always contact the owner who was very responsive and helpful! It is definitely a place where we want to return to! Vacaciones en el paraiso

La casa de Cristina es mejor aun en la vida real que en las imagenes publicadas, y eso que las imagenes son bellas. La tranquilidad que se vive en la casa, dentro de ese bosque de pinos, es unica. Caminar hacia la playa desde la casa es de por si placentero. Cristina ha sido muy atenta para responder los mensajes, y muy dispuesta siempre a ayudar con todo lo posible. Muchas Gracias Cristina ! Siempre recordaremos nuestras vacaciones en tu casa. Y esperamos tener la posibilidad de volver en el futuro.

Perfect holiday in a perfect house.

perfect location!

We stayed at this house for the first 2 weeks in july 2017 and it was just a perfect stay! The house is very beautiful and comfortable. The outdoor area is very pleasant and has a lot of space. The best thing of all is the beach, beautiful and only a few steps away. The owners of the house were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again next year!!!
