"This was a nice location in the center of Verona. Very conveniently located to most of the main tourist attractions and plenty of places to eat. The area seemed pretty safe. Keep in mind that its a communal living area so there may be other people there with you, but you just share the kitchen and the bathroom. "I decided to stay here last minute to visit Verona. I appreciated being able to check in at 2pm. It was perfect for my overnight stay. It’s a 5 minute walk to Piazza Bra and the Arena where a lot of the tours I booked were scheduled to meet up. "Location location location. This one ticks the boxes. Just inside the bridge onto the island it is right next to the shops, bars and restaurants and next to the ferry pier. Everything is a very short walk. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the water and ferry pier. Well appointed and comfortable. "We really enjoyed our stay. The room itself was good in terms of size and amenities but the furnishings were either not to our taste or slightly dated. The bathroom perfectly clean. The balcony wasn't quite as clean which was a pity as it had excellent views of the lake. "La struttura è "old fashion", andrebbe un pò mantenuta e aggiornata in alcune parti, quali la moquette nelle parti comuni e nella sala conferenze. La mia camera era ben pulita e grande nonostante fosse per una sola persona con il letto alla francese. L'unica pecca il piatto doccia che era completamente senza smalto e a macchie nere. Era pulito ma alla vista sembrava sporco con muffa."
