The only trouble I had is that everything i asked for when I make the reservation in "hotels.com" didn't go through. The hotel staff didn't know that I need a crib for my baby, etc. That made me to have a bad time with the front desk. at my arrival they don't have a crib. I learned my lesson, next time I will made bookings directly in the hotels web page."
