Beth was excellent at communicating from initial booking through to my late arrival. Lovely property in good condition a very quiet location. Breakfast was nice especially the free range eggs.

Lovely room, very nice spa bath. One light in the lounge wasn't working when we arrived but the bulb was replaced quickly. We also noticed the neon strip light above the bathroom mirror needed replacing but that didn't worry us and we simply reported it when we left
