"This is a beautiful house high in the mountains 24 minutes from Carmel Valley. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are clean, large and up to date. The kitchen has everything that you need. The huge porch is overlooking the Carmel river so you can hear the water as it travels past the house. The hot tub is an added bonus. We did not want to leave the moment we arrived. Thank you, Daniel."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and loved it all over again. This is a great choice for travelers who are out all day/evening, and those who like to stay put. The drive to the house is beautiful, the bed is extra comfy, and the view is unbeatable - especially the stars from the hot tub! Safe, quiet neighborhood too! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property. It was very well appointed—especially for cooking. The natural surroundings were very peaceful with hiking trails right out the side gate. We did not realize the travel time to Carmel-by-the-Sea, but it was still doable. And for our five adults and family dog, it was the perfect size. "

"We had a girls' getaway at The Lodge. It was the perfect setting for relaxing and catching up with a glass of wine by the river. The house was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The scenery was beautiful and there was tons of out space for enjoying the view of the river which is right at the back door.
