"The room floor was very dusty under the table,had notbeen swept in a long time ,when they replaced my coffee they put all decafe in it and that was a bummer,when there was already 3 decaffeinated left in it. Only one person working at coffee bar every morning people had to wait ten to fifteen minutes ..."

"It is a pricey place to be as dated as it is in the main areas. The spa rendered good services but was very run down in the facility. We ordered champagne and strawberries ahead of time and there was no note of it. The grounds are stunning but the infrastructure could use some sprucing up."
