"I did a late check in, the night clerk was very friendly and gracious. My room was spacious, clean with great air conditioning. At check out , again the morning staff were friendly and efficient. I would stay here again. Thank you for your service "

"It's a little strange how the check-in and check-out process works. We arrived at night, I had already called earlier and the keys were in an old locker, we had the password, everything worked out. There was a leak in the refrigerator and it was fixed in the morning but no credit was offered for the inconvenience. Complimentary parking was great."

"Picked this hotel as a quick solution when my home a/c went out and I didn’t want to let me 9 month old suffer in the Florida heat. Though we were only here one night it was nice, quiet, and cold haha. They provided a pack n play for the little one and breakfast was decent. "

"I won't be staying there again unless they change their parking valet system. We've always loved staying there and don't mind paying for parking, but when they give you no other options and force you to use valet I don't find that acceptable. I usually have valuables that I keep in my vehicle when traveling, but could not do that, had to take the items all up to the safe in the room, and then the safe we had to wait for 2 hours for the maintenance man to come and open it, in the meantime had to...

"I really appreciated the property felt clean and updated. I was bothered the the hallway temperature was warm and muggy, also, the floor towel for the shower was under two origami hand towels that I didn’t use but will now likely be washed anyway. The clothes rod was really low. I suspect because it was an accessible room. It would have been nice to have a second higher rod. Loved the dresser space."

"Pool was good , elevators were slow and one ended up needing service . So with only one working elevator for 10 floors of people was a little annoying . 50 dollars to rent beach chairs and umbrella a day . "

"The staff were all so friendly and helpful! Even when other guests were being nasty to them. My husband and I went by ourselves but I really want to go back with my kiddos! The pools were gorgeous and the beach access was perfection! Not the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in, but Clorox wipes solved that problem."
