"Die Lage war sehr gut. Zimmer war wie beschrieben. Die Leute alle sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einwandfreier Aufenthalt. "

"Dette er det mest spesielle hotellet jeg har bodd på. Ingen luxus, men utrolig mye sjel og en helt spesiell opplevelse! Nydelig sted og veldig god service. Er et gammelt adelshus, med en koselig bakhage. Ligger midt i smørøyet i den gamle delen av Siracusa. Er en del trapper og har ikke restaurant/bar så vær obs på det. Men opplevelsen er svært autentisk og noe man husker lenge! "

"Best view in town - right on the water. We stayed in the Alfeo apartment with our 2 kids and we loved it. Large apartment and the view was magical. At night you can hear the party boats and some voices from below but they eventually move on - not a big deal. A true gem!"

"Salvos is very serviceminded and he contacted us regularly to make sure everything was OK. He was very fast to help with any issues. He was also very helpful to guide us to sights, beaches, and restaurants. He made dinner reservations for us on request and made sure we had good service, where we went. He also helped us obtain the information we wanted. The house was nice and clean, and everything was working. We particularly enjoyed the very nice pool. Thank you Salvos!"

"We had a lovely stay at Riccardo’s place. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. The outside seating area was great and the nearby beach was really lovely. You do need a car if staying here as the nearest shops are a short drive away. We had great visits to Siracusa and Etna and we all also enjoyed visiting the Etnaland theme park and water park. Would recommend this accommodation for visiting this area. "

Il faut cependant avoir une voiture car la maison est un peu isolée, à enviton 15 minutes d'Avola.Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis"

"This was the literally the best Villa location I have ever stayed in and I’ve done a few over the years! Amazing spec Villa incredible panoramic views and pool ! Incredible owners with daily eggs veg and fruit deliveries ! So friendly Just stunning setting ! Can see etna and Syracuse bay from Villa x surrounded by olive trees lemon trees so peaceful ! Definitely plus 5 star ! Will be coming again xx"

The location was perfect – just a 2-minute walk to the sea and within easy reach of both Syracuse and Noto.What truly made our stay special was the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality from Hector. He went above and beyond, even providing a delicious meal and drinks on our very late arrival, and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.A wonderful place to stay – highly recommended!"

Die Anlage wird jeden Tag gesäubert und in Schuss gehalten. "Location was great! Property was roomy for a studio with everything you need. The value for cost was very good. Communication with host was very good. Wood stay here again."

"We stayed during peak season in August for 7nights and we had a fantastic stay!The house is clean, spacious, modern, great WiFi and aircon. The kitchen is very well equipped, the pool is lovely and the areas around it, great for relaxing. Location is fantastic as a base for exploring the island. We travelled to Ortigia, Noto, Modica, many beaches including Fontane Bianche, San Lorenzo, Arenella & Avola.Salvos was on hand to help with anything we needed, he recommended some wonderful restaurants...
