"The moment we pulled up we were surprised at how beautiful the property and setting was. It is so quiet and serene. The cottage was so clean and had everything we needed. Some added perks were the popcorn and ice cream for us to enjoy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and warm. We were able to enjoy the fire pit and swing, watching the beautiful sunset. It was one of our most enjoyable stays. "

"The property was just as described, and it was comfortable, quiet and clean. There were a couple of places, such as under the furniture, where the floors had not been swept in awhile, but otherwise the kitchen, bathrooms etc. were very clean. Definitely a good value and I very nice neighborhood "

"This is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the lakeview. It is nicely decorated, with a well equipped kitchen. Four women stayed there comfortably. My granddaughters loved the luxurious shower snd the free kayaks. I loved just sitting on the deck, and looking at the peaceful water. "We really loved the location and the scenery. It was beautiful. If you have small dogs, be aware there is a very large pitbull type dog that lives next door. Owner was very polite and advised the dog was just curious of our small dogs, but we still kept a close eye on ours when we took them out for walks. "The tiny house was perfect for our trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We had a disabled veteran who needed a recliner to sleep so the reclining couch was perfect for him. The bedroom was perfect for our elderly friend who joined us and I was able to sleep upstairs. We were able to get some groceries and have breakfast on the porch and enjoy the sunsets on the swing. "We came to visit the Arc Encounter. The house worked well for 3 of us. Clean and well equipped. Would reccommend relocating the return air from the living room to the hallway using a louvered door to the hvac closet. "
