"Only Rent is property if you are okay with the following:
Unclean patio
dim or non operatable lights in the rooms
no Iron provided (was explicitly told that the host does not provide irons)
TV with no remote and uses Roku and constantly re-boots thus is usable.
must use a Roku mobile app that shows ads every 4 clicks
listening to crickets through the vents at night.
If you are fine with the above, feel free to make a reservation."

"The apartment was clean and very spacious. Check in and stay went very well. The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall the stay was great, but there is a few things I wish we’d known upfront. There is assigned covered parking but it is quite far from the apartment door. The futon in the living room is very small and so uncomfortable it was painful to sit on for any length of time. Also the work space consisted of an uncomfortable chair and tiny desk barely big enough for a laptop and note...

"The house itself was wonderful…very clean. We loved it. The back yard had quite a few weeds that should be cleaned up.Parking should be explained better. I was told only one parking space was available; however, there were quite a few undesignated parking spaces that our party was able to use because we all came in separate vehicles. So the explanation of only one designated parking space caused quite a bit of stress until I saw that there actually were places for others to park. Overall...

"The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests."

"The property met our needs. I highly recommend new patio furniture. It was challenging to enjoy the patios in front and back due to the lack of comfortable seating. Also would have been nice to have some games and cards available. Kitchen needed tin foil, baggies, lightbulbs. "
