We enjoyed our 5 night stay! Very easy self check in but lots of stairs. The apartment was exactly as advertised and within walking distance of all attractions. I travelled with my husband and felt safe in the neighborhood but not sure I would have felt as safe at night alone.

駅、観光地に近く便利な立地です。部屋は２人には十分な広さです。エアコン、暖房完備で、快適に過ごせます。キッチンには、塩、胡椒、オリーブオイル、バルサミコ酢、コーヒー、紅茶がありました。食器は新しく、とても清潔でした。鍵の開け方が、日本人には難しいと思いました。フィレンツェに行く時はまた利用したいです。

This was a beautiful, spacious and very clean apartment. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The host Gabriele was great and any messages were responded to promptly. The door locks were a bit tricky, but once we were used to which lock turned which way it wasn't an issue. I also love the area the apartment is located in - close enough to the train station, and also lots of great restaurants and cafes in the area. Many main attractions in Florence are also within walking distance. I will definitely look to rebook this apartment next time we are in Florence!

The apartment itself is lovely, comfortable bed and modern interior. We had difficulty entering the building each time due to the old lock. The area is not exactly what we were hoping for, as it felt a little unsafe at times. Good communication with apartment manager.

Close to the train station for an easy walk with luggage in tow. Very authentic stay compared to a hotel. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was clean. As stated in other reviews, the ceiling fan makes noise. We figured out how to make the clothes washer dry as well, after several attempts. Google translate didn’t help much. I guess it adds to the experience of foreign travel.The kitchen has no microwave, but it didn’t matter because we ate all our meals out. There are several decent restaurants in the area and the main sights are within walking distance.

Lovely stay!

We were given clear instructions from host with photos on how to check in, but the lockbox was missing, we got lucky that the cleaner arrived shortly after us and was very kind and able to help us get in. The apartment itself was very cute, had everything you needed for a stay in Florence! Good location, close to the train station, 5 min walk which is great when rolling/carrying heavy bags. Good ac and fan, nice shower. 10-15 min walk to most main attractions! Definitely worth the price!! Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is very beautiful which I don’t think the pictures do justice to just how nice it is. The bed is comfortable for both short and tall people as my partner is 6’2 and it was within walking distance to most things in the city of Florence. The space is very clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay, and the shower is nice as well. The host recommended a lovely breakfast place that we really enjoyed and was very responsive when I had questions. The only things I would note are that there are no curtains/shade to the bedroom windows so the neighbors across the way can see right in if they want to. Also if you a sensitive to noise you may want earplugs as the street is lively even in the early morning hours from people walking home from a night out etc., though it was not bothersome for us. There are stairs to entry but that is normal for apartments in Italia.

Coup de foudre pour Roméo?

L’attrait essentiel pour cette location de vacances est sa situation à quelque distance de la gare et donc de l’aéroport de Florence ainsi que sa proximité avec le centre-ville historique. L’appartement est aménagé avec goût, très propre, les fauteuils confortables mais équipé de façon spartiate. Autre intérêt pratique : la proximité des commerces alimentaires. Problématique cependant, et pour certains rédhibitoire, est la présence, quand il ne pleut pas, d’individus au bas de l’immeuble dont les conversations bruyantes ne cessent que tard dans la nuit. Quelques crochets ou patères dans la SDB seraient les bienvenus. Hormis cela, appartement agréable et hôte très à l’écoute et soucieuse de contribuer à la qualité du séjour.
