Space
A comfortable apartment located in the esteemed Santo Spirito district, an area renowned for its authentic Florentine charm. Santo Spirito, just a few minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Duomo, is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the rich history of the city. Within steps of the property guests can browse the artisanal boutiques that line the charming streets, or enjoy the restaurants and lounges popular with tourists and locals alike.

The apartment is the perfect choice for those with refined taste, take advantage of the décor and the numerous amenities offered by the property including unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air condition.
The apartment is situated on the first floor, without an elevator. It is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double size bed and one with 2 single beds, offering max versatility, plus a sofa bed in the living room, a complete bathroom with shower, and a beautiful living room with a well equipped kitchen.
It can accommodate up to 6 people, though we recommend 4 adults and 2 children to be more comfortable.
The entire apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with attention to details and comfort.

The unit comes with air conditioning throughout the whole space, flat TV and a Fiber Option WiFi connection.

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, moka, kettle, ecc.
There is also washing/dryer machine.

The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stylish it's perfect for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Florence.
Absolutely great for a family or a group of friends.

Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

Firenze in October

This property was beautiful. All of the furnishings and finishes were good quality (including an induction stove!). Well appointed, comfortable beds and nice decorating. At first, the neighborhood seemed a little seedy, but that turned out not to be true. While it was a bit of a walk to the tourist areas it was worth the walk along the river. There were some very nice cafes and restaurants nearby as well. Definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Florence Stay

Great apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Everything in the apartment was as advertised. Spacious accommodations with some really nice restaurants nearby. Host was a clear communicator. Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect for Our Needs

The apartment is located in San Frediano, one of our favorite neighborhoods. It is on a quiet street with a lovely view of the garden for our morning cappuccinos. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Terrible pillows and extreme Wi-Fi issues

We really enjoyed our stay in Florence. This apartment was adequate. The neighborhood is close to all the main attractions of Florence and the overall neighborhood is great. Excellent restaurants and shops we really liked the area. However, the internet/Wi-Fi situation is very bad. As stated in a previous review it must be shared because we kept getting booted off the Wi-Fi and had to reset the router regularly. It was a big hassle and a disappointment. The PILLOWS ARE AWFUL! They need to be replaced badly. Such a simple thing I can’t see why they wouldn’t have already done it. I give it an overall 3. The price was good but there needs to be improvements. Overall clean but they need to dust for cob webs more regularly. Like I said adequate.

Unfortunately when we arrived at check in time the room had not been cleaned from the previous tenants. We had to leave and return later which wasn’t ideal as we were planning to shower from traveling and going out for dinner. When we did return the sofa bed was also not made up, it was rectified the next day after contacting the host.

Great location!

Our family of four loved staying here. Just a short walk over the Arno to most of the major attractions in a neighborhood filled with terrific restaurants (be sure to check out Le Volte just around the corner!) Avoid the pricey hotels and stay in a true Florentine neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Florence vacation

What a lovely place to stay--charming neighborhood, walkable to all of the Florence sights. We found some amazing restaurants about a block away from our spot (check out Il Guscio and Burro & Acciughe). The air conditioning was superb!! Even a little chilly in the bedrooms, which is unheard of in most European places I have stayed. Beds very comfortable, and one of the best showers in a rental I have experienced. Yes, we needed to buy some toilet paper--not a big deal and we got it a local fruit stand while picking up some other yummy treats. Can't wait to go back.

I enjoyed my stay but the apt. Had very limited items regarding staying /living there - lots of empty detergent bottles in the laundry room and no detergent;; very dirty sponges in the kitchen; limited toilet paper(I bought more) no paper towels ( I bought them) pillows were dreadful The drying rack was impossible to stand properly - I had to hang it off the door
