A historic building located at the end of a street closed to traffic, offering complete tranquility. 60 square meters on the 2nd floor: one double bedroom and one double sofa bed, two bathrooms, and one kitchen—no air conditioning, but comfortable ceiling fans. You can arrive by car; paid parking is available on the main street, and there’s a secure parking lot nearby. A 15-minute walk will take you to Florence’s most famous and central streets. The beautiful Parco delle Cascine is also just a stone’s throw away—perfect for exercising and enjoying the large Tuesday morning market. The area is well-served with everything you need. There is an extra charge for lost keys. If two people wish to sleep in separate beds, a surcharge for linens will apply. For stays longer than one week, cleaning will be arranged once a week.
