Our recent stay at this hotel had both positive and challenging aspects. The hotel is well-located, within walking distance of major attractions and the train station, and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe and accessible. We especially enjoyed the restaurant directly across the street, which offered a great dining experience. However, there were several areas where the experience did not meet expectations. The room we were assigned faced a busy street and lacked adequate soundproofing—we could clearly hear street noise as well as sounds from the neighboring room, which made it difficult to rest. Additionally, the bathroom was extremely compact, to the point where maneuvering was uncomfortable. The shower area was particularly cramped, and the drain appeared to be malfunctioning, resulting in frequent flooding. The included breakfast was very basic and limited in variety. When we approached staff to request a room change due to the noise issue, the response was dismissive and unaccommodating. We were told to wait for another staff member, but no further assistance was provided.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the room comfort and service did not reflect the price point. We do not plan to return to this property in the future.
