Relax and recharge in this oasis of tranquility and elegance in the neighborhood that the international press has dubbed the coolest in the world.<br><br>Hortus Florens—if you love being just a stone’s throw from Florence’s artistic treasures, yet away from the crowds...<br><br>Completely renovated and refurbished in 2024, the apartment offers:<br>2 double bedrooms, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a modular bathroom with 2 toilets, 2 showers, and 2 sinks.<br><br>The entire apartment will be your home.<br><br>Upon your arrival, we’ll be there to welcome you, show you around the apartment, and hand you the keys. <br>For the entire duration of your stay, we will be available directly or through a trusted representative.<br><br>Check-in: after 3:00 PM, at a time to be agreed upon in advance. <br>If you are running late, please let us know.<br><br>Check-ins between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. incur a 20 € surcharge to be paid upon arrival; those between 10:00 p.m. and midnight incur a 30 € surcharge.<br><br>Check-in after midnight is not guaranteed.<br><br>Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.<br>There is a €30 surcharge for late check-outs.
