I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some observations and suggestions that could improve the overall guest experience.
Safety Around the Building: I noticed some individuals loitering near the building entrance, which felt a bit uncomfortable. There were security staff inside, but it might be more effective to have them patrol outside periodically, especially near entrances and exits.
Parkade Conditions: While I understand the parking facility may not be directly owned by the hotel, many guests use it. The lighting is quite dim, and the elevators were not working during my stay. It would go a long way in making guests feel more valued and safe if hotel security could occasionally patrol the area or if the hotel could collaborate with the parkade operator to improve conditions.
Executive Lounge Experience: The executive lounge was underwhelming. It felt more like a cafeteria with limited food and beverage options and basic seating. A more premium experience in line with the "executive" label would be appreciated—perhaps better seating, a more refined layout, and an expanded selection.
I hope you’ll consider these suggestions as opportunities to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction.
