"I checked in around 3:30 PM and was assigned a room on the 4th floor. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed spots on the bed sheets. I immediately contacted the front desk and was told someone from housekeeping would come replace them. By 5:45 PM, no one had come, so I went back to the front desk. ..."

Very poorly run, fire the staff, hire professionals and spend some money on upkeep. Raise the prices to offset your investment. ..."
