"My partner and I stayed 5 nights and we found the apartment to be perfect for a trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect, easily walkable to both train street and the rest of Hanoi centre. The apartment is also sound protected by the walls of multiple governmental buildings so it is quiet at night and not affected by traffic in the mornings. The owner is the loveliest person ever, super responsive with great English skills. He answered all of our questions almost immediately and with very helpful...

"Everyone is so friendly and hospitable. Upon arrival, the front desk brought tea and snacks, allowed us for early check in. She also gave us a brochure explaining the places to visit, nearby bank/pharmacy and restaurant to go. They start their day early so it can be quite noisy especially when we stay right below the restaurant. Location is just beside train street and peaceful :) 5/5 would visit again!"

"The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant. The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal....

"Room was big, clean, and spacious, perfect for what we needed! The best part of the hotel however was the friendly and helpful front desk staff! They were so kind to let us check in early and help us coordinate laundry, etc. The only thing I will say is we stayed on the 8th floor and on the 9th floor is a restaurant with karaoke that goes on til around 10pm.
