Welcome to Terri's Retreat - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with young children.

Purchased by the new owners in March 2026 this is an immaculate property - fully refurbished by the previous owners with new "everything" and outside patio / BBQ - this is a special apartment!

Off the hallway is a family bathroom with large walk in shower and a spacious bedroom with comfy king size bed and lots of storage.

The bedroom features french doors opening onto a patio with garden furniture - only a handful of apartments on The Bay feature this and it is ideal for summer breaks!

In the lounge diner you will find a NEW fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 3* freezer box, washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine (see below) and microwave plus plenty of cookware for family breaks as well as an air-fryer.

The dining area comfortably sits 4 at the table.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
