"On arrival looked lovely but soon noticed cobwebs & spiders on bedroom walls near the windows. Dust behind the taps on the bathroom sink. The shower temperature is broken so it cant be adjusted. No hangers in the twin bedroom, only 5 hangers in the main wardrobe but wardrobes smell foisty. Pillows on all beds very thin & too soft (no spare pillows). Built in washer - cupboard door doesn't stay closed. To top it off in the twin bedroom, 1 bed had a brown mark on the top of the quilt cover! My son...

There’s nothing that hasn’t been thought of It really was home from home even down to a ninja double airfryer. The apartment has been finished off to a high standard but it’s still very homely. "We really enjoy coming to The Bay and this year was no exception until New Year’s Eve when Fireworks were going off near our cottage! Our dog is absolutely terrified of them and was unfortunately left very distressed! We pay a lot of money each year to go to The Bay as it is a firework free place so we would definitely think twice before booking in future! Which is a massive shame."
