A pet friendly, two bedroom spacious and light cottage with FREE high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, situated on a purpose built 5-star holiday complex. The ground floor of the cottage provides an open plan family living, dining and kitchen area along with a cloakroom and entrance hall. The contemporary styled living area features a log-burning stove and gliding bi-fold patio door, opening onto a paved patio area. A brick-built barbecue and wooden patio furniture provide the ultimate alfresco dining experience. A high chair and travel cot are provided for our younger guests.

A selection of books, games, DVD's and Wii games will entertain whatever the weather, providing a fantastic family experience.

Relax in a king sized bed; bedroom with Juliet balcony and one bedroom with two singles. Bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Our third stay at Nigel’s properties (previous 2 at Beachcomber his other house). As before, I can’t fault anything- the house was just right for us with our 2 young grandchildren. Well equipped kitchen, open plan layout downstairs and with the good weather we had the patio doors always open out into the grassy areas behind for the kids to play out when we were inA good base to visit the attractions in the area and within a short walk of the beach (quite a steep path)I think we will be back for our 4th visit next year!

BEACH VIEW

This property is outstanding from the moment you enter, useful welcome pack, cleanliness spot on, kitchen and equipment very good, mattress and bedding first class, thick Egyptian towels. And last but not least was the communication from Nigel who couldn't have been more helpful. We booked Friday to Tuesday but ended up staying Friday to Friday which once again was thanks to Nigel 10/10

Amazing

We have stayed at a few of these rentals at the Bay and this one is by far the best. Absolutely lovely, and very clean with no doggy smell. We have dogs but hate that most places that are dog friendly have a doggy smell. The host was lovely and let us have an early check in so we could leave our luggage and enjoy our 1st day. It’s a lovely quiet place great for kids and adults alike. The location to the beach is perfect. We had an amazing time, thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place.

Great weekend break at Beachhaven

Lovely cottage, very cosy and well equipped. We did some lovely walks from the cottage on the beach to filey and the other way to Reighton gap. Facilities on site good, clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again in the future.
