"Needed a place for our sons’ Groomsmen that would provide space, provide activities (all outdoorsy type) and location (Rehearsal Dinner in New Braunfels, Wedding in San Marcos) and this property checked all the boxes! Waterfront (they caught several fish off the dock) with super dock, pool, chill area outside including standing fire pit, plenty of space for “corn hole”. Everyone had the room needed inside the house and were well pleased staying there . . . Great place!"

It’s best for two but we only needed the couch bed for one night as our daughter only stayed with us the night before orientation started.Location is super close to campus. "We enjoyed this property for our family reunion. The house was cozy and had plenty of sleeping arrangements for our group. Beautiful patio and deck overlooking river. Lots of extras like beach towels, hammocks, rafts, kid toys, etc. We woukd definitely come back for a visit. Recommendation: better mattresses. More updated decor. We asked for a coffee pot because the one is missing. The company stated they woukd bring us one and they never did."
