Host was super friendly and easy to reach.
The only thing I'd say negative is don't let the front of the property throw you off..once you get down to the travel trailer it's really nice and veiw from there along with sounds of birds everywhere was peaceful.
I'm sure it's a work in progress and it wasn't horrific ..just kind of threw me

"Everything in the room was perfect with the exception of bottled water. We went down to the desk to ask for bottled water and they said they didn’t have any. The next day we saw a water dispenser in the lobby, but we were not aware of that in the evening when we checked in."

"The Sebastian River Rental is Exceptional so beautiful, quiet and clean. The view is Amazing. I did not want to leave. If I could live there year round I would. The host Pierce was so very nice. Very easy to check in and out. I cannot wait to go back and I am give them 10 stars. I am already planning my next vacation there 😊"

"Needed a pet-friendly and budget-friendly place with kitchen and parking on short notice, to visit sick family member on short notice for extended stay. Very quiet and private, nice neighborhood and neighbors. All appliances in good working condition, including fridge with ice maker and filtered water, and LARGE capacity washer and dryer.
