Upon entering our home, you will see the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space with inviting modern decor. This space features plush seating, a large Smart TV, operable gas fireplace, dining table for 4, and a bar cart to whip up your favorite vacation drink. In the kitchen, you will find all the amenities needed to create a meal, baked goods, or just a great cup of coffee.



When it's time to settle in for the night, choose from one of our three cozy options:

(1) King suite with King size bed, Smart TV, and full attached bathroom.

(2) Our second King suite with King size bed, Smart TV, and full attached bathroom.

(3) The Queen-size pull-out bed in the living room.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Located right by the college campus! Public transit, bike trail access, and ride-sharing services are available.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
