"Keri was very responsive, guest house was easy to locate and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Appreciated the fridge, hot plate, and kitchen furnishings for simple cooked meals. Bed was very comfortable and the mini-split kept the bedroom a nice sleeping temperature while it was cold outside. Thanks for a comfortable stay…..Will definitely stay again."

"This was a very relaxing place to stay. Very nice rooms. Loved the back yard. The only problem was my dog is a little old. So kinda had to help him up the stairs. The kitchen had everything to cook with. The grill was out of propane but otherthen that was a great stay. Will definitely be back..."

"Before our arrival, communication was excellent, and we were provided with the address and key code well in advance for easy entry. The owner was also readily accessible via text message, which was very helpful.Upon entering the cottage, the first things we noticed were a welcoming bottle of wine along with noodles and Italian sauce—a thoughtful touch. "Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great.
