"The house is very comfortable and perfect for visiting with family and friends.We enjoyed the roomy kitchen space. The porch is great for relaxing and gazing at the tranquil lake. We appreciated the use of the canoe and the dock."

"Wonderful stay at this property!! We really enjoyed the beautiful house, pool and grounds. We did have an issue with the fire pit however the house manager responded very quickly. The problem was solved and the equipment was in working order the same day. The location was close to town and two large supermarkets. We hope to return again to this beautiful property! Great place!"

"Wonderful old house, very comfortable space for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The host was communicative and responsive, although everything was so well-thought out on his part, we didn't have much need to talk to the hosts. Excellent location, less than five minutes to Great Barrington, and twenty to Tanglewood and Lenox. "

"We chose this property because of the age (1740s farmhouse) and convenient location in the southern Berkshires only 15 minutes or so from Great Barrington. The house did not disappoint. It is a very charming farmhouse in excellent condition for its age and with modern amenities. As we only had four adults, there was plenty of room to spread out. "Otis reservoir is one of my favorite places on earth. Tracy's place is right on the water and having a dock to moor our 18 foot sport boat was fabulous. We sat by the fire pit on two separate evenings and use the grill as well. The cottage was extremely comfortable! Everyone remarked on what great night sleeps they got.The neighbors were also very friendly. It was a wonderful family vacation."
