This home is the perfect combination for those wishing to experience peace, quiet, & serenity and distance themselves from the hustle and bustle while still having immediate access to all Asheville’s iconic attractions such as Downtown Asheville, the Biltmore Estate and Village, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Lake Lure/Chimney Rock. Perfect for those wanting to spend less time behind the wheel with all of these attractions having one turn of the wheel access!

Upon stepping inside, you'll be embraced by a cozy and inviting ambiance, meticulously crafted for short-term vacations. The open-concept living area showcases hard wood flooring and expansive windows letting in tons of natural light and framing panoramic mountain ridgelines. Open both front and back doors, to invite the crisp mountain air inside, and relax on the sofa while catching up on your favorite streaming shows here or in any of its 3 bedrooms!

Fully Equipped Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen boasts exquisite granite countertops and provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table, comfortably seating six guests, and enjoy your culinary creations indoors or take advantage of the large propane grill outside while enjoying the fresh air of this private and wooded lot.

For restful slumber, retreat to three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. Sink into the Cocoon beds by Sealy for a peaceful night's sleep, awakening refreshed and ready to explore the wonders of the area. Each bedroom comes equipped with its own large Smart TV with the Primary Bedroom having its own private ensuite bathroom, with dual vanities and shower/tub combo, and the secondary full bathroom conveniently located between the other two bedrooms.

Step outside to immerse yourself in the natural beauty enveloping the property. Sip your morning coffee on the covered front porch, and come evening, gather on the back deck to savor the serene atmosphere and unwind in the covered hot tub (serviced each Wednesday by Mountain Leisure Spas to ensure perfect guest conditions). The expansive yard provides ample space for outdoor activities, offering endless opportunities for children to play, and head out back come sunset to enjoy the outdoor party lights, share tales, and toast marshmallows around the fire pit nestled under its own charming pergola.

Private parking ensures hassle-free arrivals and departures, and our vacation rental is fully stocked with essentials, including linens, towels, makeup towels, hand & wash cloths. Coffee Anyone?...
