"Simple, clean motel with comfy beds and pillow that's very close to UO. It's not fancy but, if you want someplace to rest well and take a good shower (strong water pressure!) at a good rate, this is it. And the staff was really friendly! "

"I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Check-in was a breeze. My room was very spacious, a super comfortable bed, lots of pillows, coffee, mini-fridge, and microwave. Each room has a small deck with a little table and a couple of chairs. The pool area was very clean. I had delicious sliders and an old-fashioned in the bar for dinner. "I go to Eugene fairly often and this was the1st time I've stayed @ the Courtesy Inn and it was very nice. Rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. A little dated but just what you'd expect from a hotel of this age. Definitely stay here again."

"We missed a pool in this beautifully landscaped facility!!! With a pool, we’d rate this staycation with a “10”! "

"Everyone was friendly & accommodating, from reception to the housekeeping staff. Hotel super clean and comfortable. Very convenient area - great location for attending the Hult Center/downtown plus a walking trail just across the street. Didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or gym but both were clean, as were the lobby restrooms. Will stay again! "
