"This was an excellent hotel for location while travelling onbroad trip through Canada. Very clean and comfortable, staff is exceptional and continental breakfast was great. 10/10. "
"We had to depart early the next morning to catch the ferry. Even though breakfast was not scheduled to open until 30 mintues later, the staff opened things up so we could get breakfast before we had to hit the road.
Room was well sound proofed so being next to the freeway was not noticable"

"We enjoyed the setting of this property. It is a beautiful old house. Our room was nice. It was refreshing to swim in the outdoor pool although there was rust on the ladder to get out, due to it being a salt water treated pool. Possibly nothing can be done about that. There is no A/C and our room was quite warm but the ceiling fan and extra floor fan helped. We were awakened, (way past the quiet hours which guests have signed that they would abide by), due to a bunch of loud, unruly guests who...
"Regardless of the planned BC Hydro outage that we were warned of well in advance, I would 1000% stay here again. Great room and amenities. Easy to access. Clean. Kind staff. Amazing location - right across from beach and down the street from all the good restaurants and shops. "
