"Super Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Gastgeber, der viel über die Geschichte Bulgariens erzählen kann und auch gerne Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gibt. Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch, das historische Zentrum ist zu Fuß oder mit Straßenbahn/U-Bahn super zu erkunden."

"The hotel is nice, but doesn't provide a 5 service. It was clean, staff were helpful and the location is great. However, amenities were lacking, water pressure was poor and there is only one elevator to serve too many rooms. Also, breakfast is overpriced. "

"The guesthouse has a good vibe: a shared kitchen with lots of appliances, snacks and overall lovely decorated, Everything kept clean. Spacious room, nice bathroom with shower. Friendly and helpful staff and it's in the middle of Sofia, walking distance to Vitosha Blvd and lots of cool restaurants and bars and close to the metro station."

"Nice and clean hotel. It offers parking for an extra charge, but parking is difficult. "

"We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...

"Nice, clean, new hotel. However, there was a party in the restaurant on the ground floor and we could hear the thumping of the music all the way to the 5th floor till 2am. Also, apparently, in late May, it is not hot enough to have the AC running so we had to open the balcony door to let cool air in during the night. This made the music even more audible."

"Stayed here for a business trip, really liked my spacious room with air conditioning, water kettle, complimentary mineral water, tea, and coffee, bathtub, stable password-protected WiFi, daily cleaning, good breakfast, restaurant on site, proximity to parks and my business event venue. Only minor issue was the safe wasn’t working. Highly recommended!"

"Great location - very central and only a few minutes from the Metro station with direct line to the airport. We had a great room and a very good bathroom. We had a large comfortable bed although the pillows could have been better quality. There was a lift available and the staff were very friendly. it was an easy walk to all the sights of Sofia both old and new town areas. There were plenty of nearby restaurants for evening meals but few of them seemed to be open for breakfast. Breakfast was not...

"We stayed here for 4 nights. It was such a lovely hotel. So comfortable, large spacious room. And comfortable beds. It was cleaned daily. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Very professional. The location was brilliant, right in the city centre. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the main town centre. Everything is as walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Check in was a little weird. Reception was on the 12th floor and run by a guy in Tshirt and shorts with a laptop sitting at the bar. He was helpful in assisting me to get download an app for Room Key. Room was great. Larger than most, great bath room and extra large balcony. Breakfast was better than most the next day back on the 12th floor. "

"A few steps from Vitosha avenue which is full of restaurants and shops. Staff polite and friendly. Spacious room with all necessary facilities like coffee machine, fridge etc. The hotel has just a “lobby corner” instead of a big lobby. Breakfast (which is good), is served there too. The downside is the cleanliness. There was mould on every corner in the shower (see photos). Also, a thick layer of dust was on the frames of the wooden doors. "
