"This was such a perfect cabin for my husband and I. The location was perfect to visit Sequoia National Park. And being right on the river was so fun. We saw deer walking right through the back yard. The amount of extras at this location was amazing. They had a regular coffee maker and a nespresso both stocked with coffee and pods, there was snacks, robes, slippers, and high quality kitchen utensils. The bed was insanely comfortable and the host was very responsive. The hot was amazing...

"we spent two nights at this lovely house. Everything was fine. Location is great. House is as described very comfortable. We knew we were really in the country when they heard the coyotes calling to each other at night. The drive to the General Sherman Tree area of Sequoia. National Park is beautiful. It’s not many miles — perhaps 20 but the road is very curvy and takes a good hour to get there. it’s another hour to be Kings Canyon. Both drives are well worth it if you have a good driver"

"We really enjoyed the property and closeness to the entrance of the park. Communication with the owners was always great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable which we appreciated a lot! If I have to say it could be improved would be maybe add a couple of extra non-stick pans. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your property. "

"Definitely a 5 star experience! We wish we had booked a longer stay. It was just the right amount of privacy but also close to amenities and the park. The listing is accurate and the host is accessible. "

"Loved the decor, the loft, closeness to the national parks and all the wildlife. We knew the parks would be too crowded on the weekends so we wanted a place that was comfortable and fun to hang out in. It was really hot outside, but the air conditioner worked great. It was also a nice neighborhood to walk around in the morning while it was still cool. "

" A beautiful home! Very spacious and photos do not do it justice. A large fully equipped kitchen with tons of dishes, silverware and cook wear. Everything you would need to prepare your own meals. All the beds were very comfortable! The home had beautiful details and we admired the artwork on the walls— very tasteful. The location was perfect to visit Sequoia Park-just four miles from the entrance gate. A very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view from every room. And finally, the pool! It...

"Ideal, quiet & peaceful setting! Cute 1950s vibe house - very comfortable. Nice off-line activities: horse shoes, wonderful "big butt" swings, tic-tac-toe, just goofing around by/in the river. There is a screen door off the master bedroom that allows you to sleep with the sound of the water.I would not recommend this property for folks with mobility issues. There is no rail on the steps or along the raised stepping stones up to the house. Also, the shower is "sunken" - you have to go down...

"Perfect for our one night stay while visiting Sequoia National Park. Spacious , clean home with extra large primary suite, super comfy bed and everything we needed. Kids loved having their own rooms. Back patio was a tranquil spot for morning coffee. Wish we had more time to explore the grounds! Perfect location with a quick drive to restaurants and the national park. "

"We had an amazing stay! Grocery and coffee were just a short trip into town. Mark had everything we needed in the home, including bug spray, and even a few quick snacks we took into Sequoia."

"This was a great getaway. Julia was super accommodating. We had a fabulous time. Robbie (her horse) was super friendly and such a character. He heard me outside bbq and came to the fence to greet me. Of course he got a treat (Julia provides them). It was super clean too. Definitely returning. Beautiful area."

"Had an amazing stay at Julia's. My kids loved it! Julia was so hospitable and it was the perfect stay for our Sequoia trip! We hope to visit again! Robbie was the sweetest horse and my kids loved the river spot!"

"We came to the area to hike Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The home was perfect. Right outside the park, fully stocked kitchen (we love cooking our own meals at night after hiking all day!) clean…just wonderful."
