"The property was beautifully decorated, very contemporary. Very large bedrooms all with king size beds, multiple outlets and hook ups for phones. Very clean, and it seemed like every need was anticipated. Amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen were ample for our stay! Neighborhood was older but quiet. I walked my dog everyday in the surrounding area and felt very safe. Even chatted with neighbors. This worked perfect for us to use as a home base as we visited with family that live in the area....

"The porch was great, beds were comfy. We bought a sheet for the hideabed as we couldn't find any. We bought some large mugs and left them for you as well as birdseed and two used chairs for the front porch. Nice neighbors! Handy to "Andy's"!"

"The location was slightly hard to find but the inside of the house was beautiful and there was plenty of room! We had 6 adults (3 couples) and one toddler and we all had plenty of room! We enjoyed this hope and will definitely be coming back in the future."

"Our flock of 20 guests found this barndo to be an absolute haven! The home was as clean as a freshly mucked stall, beautifully decorated, and stocked to the rafters with towels and plates. With plenty of roosting spots, it offered the perfect balance—tons of space to gather as a herd and plenty of rooms to graze in private when needed. "Our family of 24 stayed here to celebrate our mom’s birthday. It was just perfect. Everyone had their own bed. The house and Barndo had everything we needed. The pickleball court is a great addition!! Owner is great to work with. "

"We used as a place to stay for a game in Kansas City. Wasn’t too far of a drive for that and nice to be out of the city. The hosts were so great! Accommodating and very responsive! They have also thought of everything for the place. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of space for the teens to spread out. Great spot and we would definitely stay again! "

"The area did not seem safe. We drove by the apartment mid afternoon & there were people walking up down the street and a group on the house deck next door. We did not go in & stayed at a hotel downtown. If you are interested in staying here - maybe ask for surrounding photos. Inside might be great - but we didn’t go in,I emailed a few times about my concern and never heard back "

"It was a nice place to stay. I will say however as mentioned there is only what is mentioned. We assumed kleenex would be there. But there was none. It is pet friendly and although we did not bring our fur baby you most definitely smelled the past fur babies. But was not enough to bother too much. Just wiffs now and then. Otherwise the kids loved it. We loved it and not a bad drive to where we needed to go. Would stay again. Thank you. "

"This house was the perfect place to host our girls weekend! There are plenty of beds and everyone slept comfortably. The property is about 20 minutes away from the Smithville businesses and we had no issues getting Ubers to our plans. 10/10 would recommend "
