"We had friends in campsite (2mins walk) so location was perfect. Place clean & beach pad style (basic but had what you need) & the agent team very helpful the day we accidentally locked ourselves out."

"This is a great property, modern, clean and absolutely beautiful views. Throw the fishing line out from the back lawn. Very short walk to shops, cafes, clubs and pub."

"Stayed 2 nights in this beautiful home, with 4 private spacious bedrooms it was perfect for the 4 mature age couples that went away for some fun and sun. With 2 living areas, 3 tv’s, a large kitchen and 2 beautiful balconies, there was plenty of room for everyone. With the price shared between the four couples it was very reasonable for the quality of house to share."

"I’m of the belief light should have working bulbs, grass in the barren back yard should be less than 50cms tall, doors should not be peeling. The photos are very very cleverly taken. It’s a lovely loungeroom area with a view with the most basic plain house and bedrooms tacked on the back. The access to downstairs is external and shabby. The back yard is a yard with grotty filthy concrete and long unkept grass. It is far from worth the money.the view was the redemption, it’s almost 3 weeks since...

"Good space for the 5 of us with the 3 bedrooms, the patio is convenient. Needs a good spring clean though, cob web and dust in corners, under beds and bathroom exhaust. Good range of kitchen equipments but non stick pans need replacing. Great location and quite area. Overall fine for the price but a deep spring clean, replacing fly screen on sliding door and an upholstery clean of the arm chairs and a fresh coat of paint maybe is needed to meet it the “stylish” title it claim to be. "

"Evans Head just large enough to have the essentials, small enough not to be a hustle and bustle.Unit was just far enough out of town for a enjoyable walk along the beach, shop for supplies, coffee and pies and a stroll home.Lovel walks along Airforce Beach morning and evening.Sitting back on the balcony enjoying the latest book."

"The unit is in a great location, quiet and opposite the beach. It looks very nice, well furnished and decorated but it is let down by lack of attention to detail: Apparently the letting agent, Elders, was supposed to give us a Starter Pack of basics when we collected the key. Yhat didn’t happen, so went went shopping for toilet paper, detergent, soap, dish cloth, and washing powder, all of which were in the Stater pack we received 2 days later! Besides all that, the salt and pepper shakers are...

"House was good, Needs a few more basic things in it like a mirror in the bedrooms, a hairdryer. Was disappointed with not having the linen on the beds which I had ordered and paid for a couple of weeks before we arrived. I had to call around at night to get some."

"The property was well located but unfortunately we had to checkout 2 nights early due to cyclone Alfred with flood warning in the area and the roads home. Unfortunately no refund available for those nights "

"Hot and uncomfortable in bedrooms tower fans were useless cooking pots had no lids we were not informed of construction work next door we went on a holiday to relax not to be subject to noise from 7am to mid afternoon also they decided to work on Sunday morning for three hours until we informed then it was rude to be working on a Sunday we cut our stay short due to noise we will NOT be back"

"We really appreciated the opportunity to relax in this well presented house. The garden was a great spot for a cuppa & just listening to birdsong. The location made it walkable to all that we needed including the local pool & gym. We hope to visit again soon."

"We stayed at the house with a group of two families of four including four children. It was clean, well equipped and in an excellent location. Very happy with our choice of holiday. "

"Appliances inside the property need to be updated for example dishwasher door didn’t close, bbq is rusty would not cook my food on it, Hot plates did not get very hot and oven didn’t heat up at all and no regular drinking glasses if these were fixed or replaced would recommend this property to family and friends. A clothes dryer would of been nice to dry linen and towels for when it rains."
