"Check in was a little weird. Reception was on the 12th floor and run by a guy in Tshirt and shorts with a laptop sitting at the bar. He was helpful in assisting me to get download an app for Room Key. Room was great. Larger than most, great bath room and extra large balcony. Breakfast was better than most the next day back on the 12th floor. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the DOT Sofia boutique hotel. The building’s unique architecture immediately stood out, and the interior design throughout was just as impressive. "We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...
