"La comida es deliciosa y vale la pena la media pensión. El servicio muy bueno y todos muy amables. No hay aire acondicionado y hace demasiado calor en los cuartos, sobretodo en el último piso. Las almohadas terribles y las camas no son muy cómodas. La luz azul en la regadera es algo raro. Pero el hotel en sí está hermoso y muy bien mantenido. Muy céntrico y cerca de todas las actividades. "

"Beautiful little boutique hotel just steps away from Main Street in Ortisei one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Hotel was elegant yet comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Bartender Nicola was always there on arrival in the afternoons with a smile and a fresh Hugu Spritz, which we took to the awesome pool. Restaurant serves great breakfast with fresh baked goods as well as lunch or dinner available if you stay in and the food and wine selection is excellent. "

"The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. "

"I don’t even know where to start, my stay at this hotel absolutely blew away my expectations. Nestled up in a gorgeous mountain village Tiers, the views of the landscape are breathtaking. Green pastures everywhere w/ a gaze at the Dolomites from afar & a lush forest in between. The hotel is super quiet & spotless clean. The aroma w/ candles burning.. puts u in a meditative state. Spacious room, comfy bed, rainfall shower ..organic soap & any appliance u may need (hair dryer etc), the attention...
