In Room Mini Refrigerator & Each of our cabins comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.

The historic Brownstone Inn was built in 1895 and served for many years as the original headquarters of Ozarka Water Bottling Co. In the 1980's, the property was converted to lodging and has continued operation ever since. Conveniently located across from the train on Main Street in Eureka Springs, the heart of downtown is a flat and easy one mile walk from the Inn.

A stay at the Brownstone Inn provides access to our Parlor which includes living, dining, and kitchen space. Breakfast service is not available at this time. Please feel free to help yourself at the self service coffee and tea station in the kitchen. On any of Eureka Springs' abundant sunny days, enjoy the breeze, shade, and floral gardens from our expansive deck and outdoor seating area.
