"My daughter and I stayed here over Memorial weekend and had an amazing time. I cant quite put into words how much we loved this place. It smells like history and books. There is an entire wall of so many different books - I wish I could stay for a year to relax and read them all! They also have dvds, video games, puzzles, and board games. "This place was exactly what we needed after spending the day walking around Eureka Springs! We value our privacy and quiet, and the jacuzzi tub was perfect to soak in after a long day. We loved the outdoor sitting area to drink our coffee in the morning and listen to the birds!"

"It was very clean and comfortable overall and in a great beautiful location! We did have trouble with communication with the property owner regarding changing our reservation and the scent of the air freshener in the apartment was overpowering to the point it gave me a headache. So we probably won’t stay here again unfortunately with the abundance of places to stay in the town."

"My husband and I took our kids (ages 13, nearly 3, and 18 months) to Eureka for a family mini vacation. This place is very well located on the quieter end of downtown, great for being a home base for the excursions we took with the kids. For my fellow parents, this spot may be a better fit if your kids are age 5 or older. I'm afraid my babies waking in the night probably disturbed our fellow renter upstairs and my 18mo broke one of the plates while there. 13 year old loved the bunk beds though!"

"Overall the room is very well kept after and overall communication was fantastic. The check in/out times are 4pm and check out is 10am. I understand the need to clean for the next guest, but for the average evening price, I feel like these could be adjusted so one’s stay is longer. My big issue was parking. The space around the apartments are very small and narrow. I was blocked in by two cars when I left in the morning. I’m grateful one of the individuals was in their car, but it was still...

"The suite had a really comfortable bed, a shower with good water pressure, coffee & tea right outside the door, & close to town parking. I also enjoyed the chairs on the balcony. The stairs down to the parking area made me huff & puff but at least it was free. This visit was really enjoyable & I would stay here again."

"It's a quaint little house with a very historic look, though the rooms were smaller than we anticipated. However, we were in one of the only rooms that had it's own bathroom, so there are no complaints there! It's also a little difficult to get to if you decide to walk around town instead of drive."

"Room was great. Two king size beds. Very comfortable. Clean and quiet property. The deck furniture could use some new cushions and there was a wasp nest on the deck, but in Arkansas it is hard to avoid. Coffee was good, nice variety. As advertised, with nice view and nice clean tub and shower. Will definitely be staying there again in the future."
