Positive - location, good restaurants, amenities, comfortable master bed, employees willingness to try and make up on other shortfalls Negative - this is not a 4 star property, one tiny tv, sofa bed was disappointingly old and difficult to manage, oven which was set up in mandarin and no one bothered to reset before handing to new tenants, same with tv setting in mandarin, washer with dryer that did not dry, never...

The staff was excellent, the overall vibe was amazing, and the location is equally close to everything you could ever want yet far enough away for the major tourist area that you can catch your breath. Highly recommend"

"Great location near subway or 20 min walk downtown…use the subway and save your energy for walking downtown . Has washer, we did laundry, couldn’t figure out dry cycle did hang dry overnight. St Jorge castle walkable from here with cafe/lunch breaks along the way"
