"Last minute trip and decided to stay here. Front desk was very friendly and explained everything. Once she realized my room was on the side that the door wasn't working she changed our room to the other side of the hotel so I wouldn't have to go all the way around which I really appreciated. There is a 6.50 charge for parking which is fine BUT, I wasn't told there would be 2 separate charges for incidentals and 10.00 for parking, When the $10 charge came through at almost midnight I called front...

"Hotel was nice and clean, jacuzzi room was huge! On our second night our truck got broken into through the window but the hotel ended up crediting us a free stay. Great hotel, friendly staff and very accommodating. Honestly Id park in the front of the hotel if possible. Houston has a bad vandelism problem."

"The hotel is cool but it should be breakfast in the morning. Lots of families need that to help them save money. If in a hotel for extended stay, clearly your low on cash My room is good. I have no complaints. Staff seems good for now. I'm just getting there so I really don't have a full view on everything but I will chime in if needed. So far so good for the great price. "First I most say that I checked in on Sunday Oct. 27 and I checked out on Nov. 3, 2024. My check in the young lady at the desk was very nice and she smiled when assisting me and answering my questions. My room was clean and nice. I had a few missing items that others stole from the room. I reported it and the Manager Mrs. Leslie was so nice to help replace everything. During this week stay I saw her and other staff members and they were always smiling and in good spirits. Everything is around...
