"I enjoyed my break the staff went above and beyond making my wife and i welcome lovely lady in reception ,breakfast was ok plenty coffee and pool was excellent our room was huge with everything you need also a costco next door which was handy dissapointed there was no bar as we are scottish need a car here as we spent a fortune on taxis to boston"

"The building was fully under construction. There was no AC in the hallways. The button to use the elevator was pushed in with wires, hanging the only way to get the elevator was to dig your finger in there and press the button there was no bathroom in the lobby. The pool was listed on the website, but there was no pool when we entered the room no air condition was on and the room had a bad smell. I told the staff 3 days in a row that we needed towels and a change of trash, and I was told that housekeeping would take care of it, and they never did!
