"Great location. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly. The girl working the desk in the morning was a bit out of sorts. Obviously she didn’t want to be there working. But she was a Gen Z, so par for the course. Otherwise, nice hotel with a good breakfast."

"The building was fully under construction. There was no AC in the hallways. The button to use the elevator was pushed in with wires, hanging the only way to get the elevator was to dig your finger in there and press the button there was no bathroom in the lobby. The pool was listed on the website, but there was no pool when we entered the room no air condition was on and the room had a bad smell. "Was disappointed this time around. I spent 4 nights at the hotel and housekeeping never cleaned our room. I told the staff 3 days in a row that we needed towels and a change of trash, and I was told that housekeeping would take care of it, and they never did! I’m not a Karen but i’m extremely disappointed after spending close to $2000 and had to chase staff for work that should be done. "Everything was amazing"

"The hotel was lovely. The room was spacious, the linens soft, and the pillows comfy. The staff were super helpful (e.g. suggestions, letting us leave our bags when we arrived early), etc. Location was amazing. You are right in the center of everything and all the attractions are relatively close together. The rooftop bar was awesome and we had a great view (with delicious drinks and food) for sunset. The only challenge was no onsite parking, which the hotel is very transparent about. ...
