"We extended our stay in Seville and found this diamond of a property. Two bedrooms/2 baths full kitchen and a combo washer and dryer next to a park, church and in the heart of Seville. It was so convenient. And reasonable priced. We paid somewhere else for 3 days prior to this place and paid significantly less for two nights here. Honestly, it was a great value, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. "

"The apartment was fantastic with the one exception. One of the other guests was pounding loudly on their door for 45 minutes between 1 am and 1:45 am. I guess they came back, and were locked out and they were trying to wake up their partner. But they didn't. They woke up our entire family. I messaged the apartment host but never received any kind of response (even the following day)."

"Great location and very spacious. It was a bit weird to have to take out our own trash but it was fine. Photos were a lot brighter than the actual room but it was an affordable, big room."

"We truly enjoyed staying in this hotel, however there were a couple of minor inconveniences that could have made it better. The TV never worked properly. The mini bar, although included was barely stocked with water which is what was of utmost importance, with extremely hot temperatures outdoors. Breakfast was available at an additional charge at the nearby sister hotel. The suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. "The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful, however, the kitchen faucet would not provide cold water and the bathroom sink drain was very slow. Otherwise, the place was very clean and comfortable."

"This is not in the heart of Seville but it is within walking distance. There is a grocery store nearby. We were there for two nights mid-way through a 2 week international trip. Having access to laundry (in our room) was amazing! The kitchenette was greatly appreciated allowing us to eat several meals there and enjoy the roof top dining. Definitely recommend and would stay there again. Had no direct contact with anyone for check in or check out but all went smoothly. "

"Hotel receptionist are kind and helpful. Approximately 30 minutes from all of the tourist attractions. Breakfast is pretty much the same every day. Overall worth the money if you are on a limited budget. "

"This is a solid property. It is maintained. There was a lot of painting going on. That was a little bit smelly, but they have to keep standards up for their property. Nothing special but really good option for early morning flight the next day."
