The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with a combination of 1 queen bed 1 Double Bed and two single beds, offering a restful night's sleep for everyone.



The open-plan living and dining area provides plenty of space to relax, featuring comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and air conditioning in the lounge. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils , everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.



The master bedroom includes a private ensuite, while the second bathroom is conveniently located for the remaining bedrooms. Fresh linen, towels, a hairdryer, and essential amenities are provided for your comfort. A private laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board is also available, making the property ideal for both short and extended stays.

Please note that any locked cupboards or storage areas designated for housekeeping or the property owner are not accessible to guests.

To help make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible, please keep the following in mind:



No parties or events: This is a quiet residential , so we ask guests to respect our neighbours at all times

Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am

No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home

Pets: Pets considered on request

Security: The property is fully fenced, however children should always be supervised

Cleaning: Please leave the home tidy and as you found it; excessive cleaning may incur an additional fee

Bins & waste: Instructions will be provided in the house manual for bin collection days
