"Clean facilities"

"The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room."

"Perfect, except no streaming app on the tv. Spent a bit more time in the room this trip and so was disappointed I couldn’t watch Netflix or Disney, etc."

"Such an amazing hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was amazing. Roomy, Great bath and shower. The housekeeping staff was also top notch. Room was very clean. "We loved the indoor pool and the buffet breakfast was excellent"

"Excellent hotel, with very comfortable room and a great restaurant. At 30 minutes from the city centre via Tram, it's easy to park nearby but be aware of parking limitations. They have valet parking too."
