I was given a disabled room (I am not disabled). It was OK, a little dark and sterile. Nothing special. Don't think the TV worked.
Checking in staff was not friendly. Checking out staff was lovely.
The spa and restaurant were both very nice.
I probably wouldn't stay here again as a traveller on my own
