Aspectos positivos: Limpieza
Liked:- the friendly staff, the overall cleanliness of the room, the lovely towels and the comfortable bed. The bottle of tap water replenished each day.
Not so much:- the room had hanging space but no drawers for storage and a very slender table area that was crammed with a tea tray, the tv, a kettle and a lamp (all three vying for the only two wall sockets right under the table). No biscuits on the tea tray (a small detail but a fairly standard provision). In the bathroom, rust marks on the replacement loo roll stand and staining on the radiator. Breakfast was hit and miss. My partner’s was fine but mine not so much; on day one they had run out of the avocado option and on day two my vegetarian option had both lukewarm beans and lukewarm v. sausages, inedible.
Overall, it definitely didn’t feel AA 4 star experience.
