"When we got to the property, we were informed that it would be an additional $40 per night because we had our two children, making the number of occupants four. When I booked the room, it showed the same price for two vs four occupants so I hadn’t realized it would make a difference. We were given the option for clean towels and trash removal daily, and that never happened over our three night stay. The room did have cold AC and plentiful hot water. That’s not enough to make me want to stay...

"Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!
Staff were pleasant though and did their job. "

"Everything was very nice except for the person duty when we checked in, his mood was unprofessional and unpleasant. The hotel’s location is the best and the decor is so unique and fun! The free drink card was a very nice touch! Room was quiet, cooled perfectly and bed was comfortable. I would the hotel and just hope you are greeted properly when you check in! Didn’t ruin our time, it was vacation! "

"As mentioned in other reviews Casa Blanca is clean and the price is right. Downtown Chandler, has a sort of "charm" of its own. Not for everyone, but a tiny bit of the "real" wild west for adventurous types. We'll return. "
